How my journey began

I was an engineer for over 21 years in the defense industry. It was a fulfilling career, but I was working 10+ hour days including weekends, traveling all over the country, and generally burning the candle at both ends. After years of trying to “push through it” I found myself in a position of not being able to push through anymore.

So I quit.

I left my career and took a year long sabbatical. I focused on my physical, mental, and emotional health. I discovered new joys and let go of old limiting beliefs.

I reside in Oklahoma with my partner and furr children.

Now it is my mission to help others recover from career burnout and build a life post-burnout that lines up with their values, passion, and purpose.
